Looking for a meaningful role where no two days are the same? At Dimensions, we're on the lookout for compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join our amazing team in Crawley.

Full and Part Time Contracts Available (16-37.5 hours per week) A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle are essential , as you'll be supporting across multiple local locations

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our One to One Plus Community Team. This role involves providing person-centred support to individuals in the community, You will be supporting people with their appointments, activities, and services that promote independence and wellbeing.

Main Duties of the Job:

Provide one-to-one support to individuals in the community.

Assist with attending appointments and engaging in social and recreational activities.

Promote independence and wellbeing through tailored support plans.

Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning.

Additional Role Requirements:

Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a suitable vehicle for work-related travel.

Obtain and maintain business use car insurance.

Be willing and able to transport individuals we support to and from appointments and activities as part of their duties.

These requirements are essential and form a core part of the responsibilities associated with the position.

Willingness to work rotational hours (7am-9pm), including alternate weekends
