Support Worker (Part-Time – 20 to 30 hours per week)
Location: Greenock, Inverclyde
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Clydeside Independent Living is currently recruiting part-time Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Greenock. We provide high-quality, person-centred supported living services to individuals with physical and/or learning disabilities within their own homes.

About the Role
You’ll support people to live independently and meaningfully in their local community. Our supported living packages range from 24 hours a day to 25 hours a week, and support is tailored to each individual’s needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering personal care and daily living support

Assisting individuals to achieve their personal goals

Promoting inclusion and participation in community life

Providing practical housing support in line with care plans
