Attract great candidates to your job vacancies

The Department of Health and Social Care’s national recruitment campaign, ‘Make care your career’, is running between October 2025 and mid-March 2026. The campaign advertising will be live across a range of channels including social media, video on demand, radio and job boards, to inspire people with the right values to apply for careers in adult social care.

Boost your recruitment during the campaign period by using our free resources.
