By downloading or using the personalisable resources you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must not download or use the personalisable resources if you do not agree to the following Terms:

1. To download and use the personalisable resources you must be a care provider or representative body operating in the adult social care sector. Other organisations may only use the personalisable resources with written permission from DHSC.
2. The personalisable resources must only be used to support the recruitment or retention of adult social care workers.
3. You must not bring the campaign into disrepute and accept that, should disputes arise concerning compliance with these Terms or your association with the campaign, such disputes will be adjudicated by the Department of Health and Social Care, who will have final jurisdiction.
4. The Department of Health and Social Care retains the right to ask for materials to be withdrawn at any time where the personalisable resources have not been used appropriately.
5. If the Department of Health and Social Care requires you to cease your involvement in the campaign, every effort must be made to do this with immediate effect.
