I am looking for someone who can offer support with cooking and baking, and with making decisions around food hygiene and timings. I also need someone to work alongside me to manage household tasks like recycling, managing the dishwasher and other kitchen tasks, keeping up with laundry washing, drying, ironing and putting away. I'd like support with motivation, and help to begin and complete tasks and to take appropriate breaks.

I'd like help to get my house in a sufficient state of order for someone to be able to come in and do regular cleaning. I need someone to help me to know what needs keeping on top of and what jobs there are to do, and who is calm and able to go at my pace.

I have moved house recently, and at the moment the kitchen and my bedroom are particularly difficult to manage - I need help getting things in the right room, and managing the boxes.

I need someone who is positive and accepting about the LGBTQ community, is neurodivergent-affirming, and who has an Interest in discussing current topics.

I like folk/traditional dancing and music, gardening, wildlife and cats. I like taking photographs and going for walks, for example in Goldenacre Park or on Otley Chevin.

I can be very anxious, so I would like support in dealing with things that I'm worrying about, thinking about decisions I need to make or have made. I need support in finding other people who can support, like a driving instructor, accountant, tradespeople, and help with making phone calls.

I am happy to have a support worker who is vegan or vegetarian, but they would need to be ok with being alongside me to cook meat and dairy products.
