Team Leader - Days (Care Home)

Location: Doncaster, DN10

Salary: £15.45 per hour + bonuses & incentives

Full-Time | 7am-7pm | 3-4 shifts/week | Alternate weekends

We're looking for a compassionate, motivated Team Leader to join our care team and help shape a warm, supportive environment for our residents.

Time recruitment is proud to be working with a reputable, family-run care provider with a small portfolio of homes across England. The client is currently seeking a Team Leader to join their purpose-built care home located around beautiful scenery close to Doncaster. The home provides residential and dementia care for up to 54 residents.

What You'll Need:

- NVQ Level 3 (or higher) in Health & Social Care

- At least 1 year of experience in a residential or nursing home

- Strong leadership skills and a person-centred approach

- Good understanding of safeguarding and care planning
