Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Temporary Care Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our care facility in Bedfordshire. The successful candidate will ensure the provision of high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards, while leading a team to deliver exceptional service to residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the care home, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and care standards.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
- Liaise with residents' families and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
