Leading a small team of carers, you’ll be responsible for keeping wakeful watch on the security and safety of our residents and the home in general. You’ll ensure that care plans are regularly reviewed, understanding the importance of maintaining accurate records, and will be able to manage the time of both
yourself and your team effectively to support the wellbeing of our residents.
