About the Learning Disabilities Support Worker role:
You will operate within our local Support environments, providing hands on care to the service users, so you can expect to have total involvement with everything they do. No day is the same.
Key responsibilities of the Learning Disabilities Support Worker:
As a Support Worker, you will oversee various service users with different needs so you must be familiar with dealing with challenging behaviours or similar on a professional basis. You must be commitment to providing quality care with a passion to make a difference.
