Aspire provides extraordinary support for exceptional people living with Dementia, Learning Disabilities, Autism and/or complex health needs in Salford and the surrounding areas. We offer a range of day services, respite care, supported living, and community and carer support, helping people to live their lives, their way. We are passionate about supporting people to achieve their own personal goals, dreams, and ambitions.

We are recruiting an exceptional Registered Manager to head up our 14-bed Respite Care service, Granville, located in Eccles, which provides support 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. We support adults and young people with learning difficulties, complex health needs or physical difficulties during short stays – enabling them to participate in a range of activities, developing their interests and aspirations whilst making new friends and enjoying new experiences.

You will need to be the registered manager, understand CQC and its requirements, and have a Level 5 Health and Social Care / Leadership and Management qualification. We are on a path to making our service outstanding and are seeking someone to lead the team and the service to success.

As part of the wider management team, your primary responsibility will be to support the management of our services and workforce and ensure that the needs of vulnerable adults are met to a consistently high-quality standard within current legislation and policies. You will have strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills and be able to collaborate with other multidisciplinary teams, external partners and stakeholders.

You will have previous experience working in a similar role and be able to demonstrate your passion for delivering truly outstanding care. We want to hear from you if you are ready to lead a dynamic team, provide extraordinary support, and enable people to live their lives their way.

The closing date for this role is Tuesday, July 1st, 2025, at midnight. Please note that we reserve the right to close applications early should we receive a significant number of applicants, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

All applicants will be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure check and must already reside in the UK.
