Support Worker
Location: Bulwell, Nottingham
Salary: £23,809 plus sleep-in allowance
Shifts: Varied patterns including sleep-ins (every other weekend)

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing personal care and practical support tailored to individual needs
- Encouraging independence and emotional wellbeing
- Supporting daily living tasks and community engagement
- Acting as a key worker and advocate for residents
- Collaborating with families and professionals
- Promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
What You'll Need
- Experience supporting vulnerable adults
- Level 1 Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
- Basic IT and communication skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts
- Compassion, empathy, and a team-oriented mindset
