Location: Hucknall, Nottingham
Salary: £23,809 plus additional sleep-in allowance
Shifts: Flexible patterns including sleep-ins (every other weekend)

Your Role Will Include:



  • Delivering personal care and tailored daily support

  • Promoting independence and emotional wellbeing

  • Supporting community involvement and social activities

  • Acting as a key worker and advocate for individuals

  • Collaborating with families and external professionals

  • Maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment


What We're Looking For:



  • Experience supporting vulnerable adults

  • Level 1 Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)

  • Basic IT and communication skills

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts

  • Compassion, empathy, and a collaborative mindset
