Salary: £23,809 plus additional sleep-in allowance

Your Role Will Include:
- Delivering personal care and tailored daily support
- Promoting independence and emotional wellbeing
- Supporting community involvement and social activities
- Acting as a key worker and advocate for individuals
- Collaborating with families and external professionals
- Maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
What We're Looking For:
- Experience supporting vulnerable adults
- Level 1 Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
- Basic IT and communication skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Compassion, empathy, and a collaborative mindset
