Support Worker (Part-Time, 15 Hours per Week + Sleep-ins)
Location: Market Harborough, LE16
Salary: £12.21 per hour (plus additional sleep-in allowance)
Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time
We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join our dedicated supported living team in Market Harborough (LE16). This is a permanent, part-time position working 15 hours per week with additional sleep-in shifts available.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities in a supported living environment, promoting independence and enhancing quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care and support in line with individual care plans
• Support individuals with daily living tasks and community-based activities
• Administer medication where required (training provided)
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Promote dignity, choice, and independence for all individuals in your care
Candidate Requirements:
• Must hold a Full UK driving licence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach to care
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided
