As we undergo transformational change under the ownership of CVC, one of the world's leading private equity firms, we're seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our Professional Services team.

This role involves managing the delivery of complex IT projects for health and social care clients. Projects include hardware refreshes, new customer deployments, and migration of existing customers to Azure Cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, ensuring high standards of delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and external suppliers.
  • Azure Cloud Migration: Lead the migration of customer environments to Azure, ensuring secure and seamless transitions.
  • Hardware Refreshes: Plan and execute hardware lifecycle updates, ensuring minimal disruption for clients.
  • New Logo Deployments: Manage the successful onboarding and implementation of services for new customers.
  • Standards & Documentation: Ensure adherence to best practices, creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation.
  • Resource Coordination: Collaborate with operational teams to ensure sufficient resources are allocated for project success.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track project metrics and KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience delivering complex IT projects, ideally in managed services or similar environments.
  • Exposure to Azure Cloud services, with experience in cloud migration projects.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, virtualisation technologies, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills, capable of working across technical and business teams
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working in the health and social care sectors.
  • Project Management Certifications.
