Full UK Driving Licence is essential as you will be required to drive an Automatic Mobility Vehicle

Dimensions are a leading not-for-profit provider of support to adults with learning disabilities and autism. Support Workers in Weymouth will work with 1 gentlemen, who has learning disabilities and autism, in his own home. You will empower his independence by enabling him to live the life that he chooses.

This young man enjoys going to a local shop every day to choose his snacks, going for walks in the local area and sporadic days out swimming or cycling.
In his home he enjoys looking at you tube in his snug room, cooking, doing some arts and crafts. The young man requires prompting support with bathing and routines are very important.

We are looking for someone who can support the young man do his activities but someone who can also look at other activities and events that the young man can participate in.

Full or part-time contracts available Support Workers. Shifts are from 07.30 finishing at 22.00. Please note this is on a rolling 2 week rota (weeks 1 and week 3 x 2 shifts) and (weeks 2 and 4 x 1 shift)

Support Workers may also have to assist with finances, meal preparation and personal care.
