Housekeeper - Hillside, Sudbury - £12.21 per hour

  • 44 Bedded Residential and Dementia Care Home
  • Part time; 18hrs per week
  • Shifts include alternate weekends

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all areas of the home are clean, tidy, and well-maintained to create a comfortable environment for residents and staff.
  • Follow cleaning schedules and protocols to meet health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements.
  • Build positive relationships with residents and staff, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a healthcare or residential setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for creating a clean and comfortable living environment for residents.
