This gentleman requires support to help him to undergo activities in and outside of the home and to meet his complex health needs. The client has a tracheostomy, a gastrostomy, and is on a ventilator 24 hours a day. Support will also include medication management, pressure area care, and manual handling. Previous Care Experience is preferred but not essential as full and training will be provided.
