I am a disabled lady having support and care at my home from my husband together with a team of Personal Assistants (PAs). My home address is in Saltford (which is on the main A4 between Bath and Bristol). This team of Personal Assistants help with my personal care and support needs as necessary as well as undertaking a range of domestic tasks. I am on direct payments funding from Bath and North East Somerset Council to enable me to employ PAs for my care and support needs.

I am currently looking for someone to join my team to work some regular weekday hours. Please get in touch if interested in working all or just some of these shifts.

I currently require someone to work every Thursday morning for a 4 hour shift.
Also require someone to work a longer morning/early afternoon shift on Fridays - 5.50 hours approx.
Some negotiation on hours is possible.
In addition some Weekend shifts are available on a rota basis with other PAs.

Morning shifts are usually for 4 hours and afternoon or evening shifts for 3.50 hours.

Weekday shifts are paid at £12.60 per hour and Weekend shifts at £13.20 per hour. The Bank Holiday rate is £13.60 per hour.

There is also the option of undertaking holiday or sickness cover for other PAs and other weekday or weekend hours are available at times.

The agreed hours of work will be contracted with 5.6 weeks paid leave per year based on regular working hours - to include Bank Holidays (as per the Statutory Leave Entitlement).

Any candidate needs to be female due to the personal care nature of the work. A non smoker is required and will please need to know any candidate's Covid vaccination status.
Experience is helpful but not essential as training will be given.
