Recovery Team Manager- Northampton Area

Salary: £27,358-£29,055

Hours:
37.5 hours per week to be worked flexibly according to the needs of the service.

The role:
?We're looking for a dynamic and skilled Recovery Team Manager to oversee a complex of 10 well designed, single occupancy flats with a communal therapy room for adults with mental health needs.

?Based in a welcoming office in the heart of Northampton, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that service users lead fulfilling lives, maintain their tenancies and achieve personal goals. From supervising staff and managing facilities to maintaining stakeholder relationships and ensuring compliance with CQC standards, your responsibilities will be integral to the success of the service. This position combines time spent working shifts providing direct care with off-rota management duties, demanding flexibility, leadership and a deep understanding of service users' needs.

This will also involve supporting their transition into a new home, encouraging independence with managing their tenancies and all aspects of daily living. When assessed to be able to do so, you will support the service user's move into community housing.

?Experience of working with people with mental health is required. To excel in this role, you'll need a relevant qualification in health or social care (such as NVQ or H&SCD 3/4/5), along with the ability to coach and mentor staff, assess needs and plan effective support - In return, we offer ongoing professional development, supportive management and opportunities for career growth. Bring your skills and commitment to a role that's both challenging and rewarding. Let's make a positive impact together.
