Care Branch Manager | £45,000–£47,000 | Registered Manager | Level 5 Health & Social Care



Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Branch Manager to lead a well-established domiciliary care service supporting people in their own homes.



This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager who is passionate about person-centred care and is ready to lead a dedicated team in a service that truly values quality and community.



The branch has built a strong reputation for delivering safe, responsive, and caring support. With a committed team already in place, the service is now looking for a confident, capable leader to continue driving high standards while nurturing a positive workplace culture.



What We’re Looking For:



  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

  • Registered Manager experience is essential

  • Experience within domiciliary care is highly preferred

  • Applications from those with nursing or residential management backgrounds will be considered if they bring proven leadership experience

  • Excellent understanding of CQC requirements and care sector regulations

  • Strong organisational, communication, and people management skills

  • Confident in using digital systems and care management software

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide strong, visible leadership to care staff, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards

  • Line manage office-based and field-based staff, including care coordinators and supervisors

  • Conduct client assessments and develop personalised care plans

  • Foster strong relationships with service users, their families, and external stakeholders

  • Maintain robust safeguarding, health & safety, and risk management systems

  • Contribute to the strategic development and growth of the branch
