Pay Rate: Up to £16.68 per hour (including holiday pay)

What You’ll Do:

As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide vital support to service users in a residential setting. Your responsibilities may include:


• Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support
• Daily Living Support: Making and changing beds, serving meals, and ensuring comfort
• Activity Engagement: Encouraging mental and physical stimulation through reading, writing, and social activities
• Independence Promotion: Supporting service users to maintain as much independence as possible

What We’re Looking For:


• Eligibility: Right to work in the UK
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of paid UK care experience within the past 3 years
• Registration: Applicants in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland will require the relevant registration (e.g., SSSC, SCW, NISSC). Not applicable in England.
• Skills: Knowledge of care equipment and moving & handling
• Qualities: Compassion, teamwork, flexibility, and a professional approach
