Residential Registered Home Manager
Salary: up to £55,000

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Home Manager to join their small, well-established care home. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in care home management and a passion for delivering high-quality care in a warm and homely environment.
What We’re Looking For?
- Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Management), with a focus on elderly care
- Proven experience in a home management role within a residential home setting for the elderly
- Strong leadership and communication skills in the context of elderly care
- Ability to work effectively in a homely, dynamic environment with a focus on elderly care
- A commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within the residential care home for the elderly
Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the residential care home
- Ensure the delivery of person-centred care to elderly residents
- Manage and support a team of care staff, ensuring their ongoing professional development in providing specialised care for the elderly
- Serve as a point of contact for residents, their families, and external stakeholders, understanding and addressing the unique needs of the elderly
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the care team with a focus on elderly care and well-being
- Monitor and maintain the standards of care, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines for residential care homes for the elderly
- Manage the budget and resources of the home effectively, with consideration for the specialised needs of elderly residents
