As a Falls Project Link Worker at Age UK Blackburn with Darwen, you will play a vital role in helping to reduce the risk of falls and the long-term impact of falling in older people. You will have experience in completing assessments and working in partnership with health or social care professionals and be able to motivate older people to engage in new activities and services. An understanding and interest in falls prevention for older people would also be advantageous.

The pilot project will run between September 2025 and February 2026. We envisage the Falls Link worker will start in post in August to complete organisational induction and mandatory training.

A full driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
