Support Workers Wanted – Make a Real Difference Every Day
Pay: £14.00 – £15.00 per hour
Shifts: Between 07:00 and 20:00 – flexible hours to suit you
Are you someone who loves helping others? Do you want a job where no two days are the same? We’re recruiting passionate and committed Support Workers to work with an outstanding supported living provider – and we want to hear from you!
This is more than just a job – it’s a chance to support people in living their best lives, staying independent, and feeling empowered.
What you’ll be doing:
Helping with daily routines like personal care, medication, and meal prep
Encouraging independence and confidence in everyday life
Supporting individuals to get out and about, attend appointments, or take part in social activities
Building positive relationships and creating a safe, supportive environment
What we’re looking for:
Experience in care or support work (at least 6 months)
A caring, reliable, and positive attitude
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts between 07:00 and 20:00
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
