About the Role:
As a Senior Care Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—ensuring care is delivered efficiently, safely, and with empathy. You’ll manage care rotas, support care staff, and maintain high standards in line with CQC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage weekly care rotas to ensure continuity of care
Conduct client assessments, care planning, and regular reviews
Supervise and mentor care staff, providing ongoing support and training
Liaise with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
Participate in the on-call rota as required
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a similar role within domiciliary/home care
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage a dynamic workload
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
