Main responsibilities:



  • Offering 1:1 support, helping clients with a range of complex needs.

  • Supporting clients to attend college and clubs.

  • Assisting clients to day-to-day activities of their choice.

  • Supporting and encouraging the promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

  • Participating in the implementation and monitoring of individual support plans.

  • Providing support in all aspects of personal care.

  • Carry out housekeeping duties and day to day tasks.

  • Assist clients with managing finances.

  • Utilise all communication methods to listen and talk to clients to promote their wellbeing.

  • Encourage the relationships that our clients have with family, friends, and the wider community.

  • Maintain and promote our client’s independence.

  • Be mindful of adult protection issues and report accordingly.

  • At all times, be mindful of equality and diversity, and behave culturally sensitive manner.


Requirements:



  • Driving License
