Our client is seeking kind, dedicated, and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join their exceptional team. What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a care home or healthcare setting (essential)
- A kind, respectful, and professional approach to care
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Right to work in the UK (this employer does not offer sponsorship)

Your Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support with daily routines such as washing, dressing, and mobility
- Promote independence and dignity in all aspects of care
- Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report changes to senior staff
- Maintain accurate care records and contribute to care planning
- Support residents’ emotional and physical needs through meaningful interaction
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a safe, warm, and welcoming home
