Healthcare Assistant – £12.60 per hour

Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant with a passion for supporting older adults in a nurturing and high-quality care home environment?



Our client is seeking kind, dedicated, and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join their exceptional team. You’ll be working in a beautifully designed care home with elegant interiors and tranquil gardens, where delivering person-centred care with dignity and compassion is at the heart of everything.



What We’re Looking For



  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

  • Previous experience in a care home or healthcare setting (essential)

  • A kind, respectful, and professional approach to care

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Right to work in the UK (this employer does not offer sponsorship)

Your Responsibilities



  • Provide personal care and support with daily routines such as washing, dressing, and mobility

  • Promote independence and dignity in all aspects of care

  • Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report changes to senior staff

  • Maintain accurate care records and contribute to care planning

  • Support residents’ emotional and physical needs through meaningful interaction

  • Work collaboratively with team members to create a safe, warm, and welcoming home
