Complex Needs Support Worker

Search Health-care are working with a Nationally Recognised Health-care Provider to source a number of experienced support workers for a Residential environment supporting indiviudals with complex needs.


The Role:
You will be supporting individuals with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries and spinal inuries. You will be expected to work flexible shifts including day shifts and night shifts. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months previous experience working as support worker with previous experience with complex needs and severe mental health difficulties. We are particularly interested to hear from candidates who have previously completed MAPA/PMVA training. You will be expected to work regular weekend shifts.
