About the Role:
Provide person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and community activities
Promote independence, dignity, and choice
Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and other support staff
Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a care or support role (preferred but not essential)
A full UK driving licence - this is essential
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
