We’re currently looking for a full time Senior Support Worker within the Scarborough area. Flexibility is key for this role as our shifts are varied, meaning you may be required to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings. A full UK Driving License is essential, along with a good level of computer literacy due to the variety of IT-based tasks involved in this role.

Our mission is to provide inclusive and personalised support. As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll be assisting the local management team in providing basic management duties, as well as delivering hands on high-quality support. This role also involves being part of the locality’s on-call service (on a rota basis). This is a varied and meaningful role where you will be helping the people you support to live the life they choose.

We’re looking for compassionate and caring individuals who are enthusiastic about making a difference to people’s lives and delivering the highest possible quality of care. Previous experience within the care sector is essential, and our in-house training team will ensure that you have all the additional skills you need to deliver your role with confidence.
