Full Time- 33/44 hours per week- Nights
£2 extra per hour for overtime

What you will be doing as a Senior Care Assistant: -
• Assisting with care and support of the service users.
• Promote and encourage the quality of life according to needs as identified in a service user’s personal care plan.
• Assist service users with personal care tasks & support the care team in providing the best level of care possible.
The purpose of role will be to carry out care duties on the floor as well as ensure quality of care is up to standard on the floor. This organisation will continue to assist in the development of your career plus support with training.
You will be working within a medium sized Care home within the Westwood area of Newcastle. The home is highly rated & caters for the elderly with a GOOD CQC rating!
What you will need to be successful:
• Genuine passion for care & NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care
• Experience within a care home/care environment at a senior level
• Excellent communication & teamwork skills
• Personable & dedicated with the ability to work sole nights
