About the Role

We are currently recruiting female Support Workers for our Paisley & Johnstone Supported Living Service, where we support adults with a range of complex needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a committed, person-centred team that makes a real difference every day.

As a Support Worker, you’ll provide one-to-one support, helping individuals with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and enjoying hobbies and activities they love. You’ll also assist with personal care and promote independence, always working towards each person’s unique goals and ambitions.

You’ll form meaningful, lasting relationships with the people you support and bring Quarriers' values to life in everything you do.

Please note: This post is restricted to female applicants only. This is a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010, due to the personal care needs of the individuals being supported.

Working Pattern

Full-time, 39 hours per week

Permanent position

Flexibility is essential, as we provide support 24/7

Includes weekends, evenings, and sleepovers on a rota basis
