Part Time Kitchen Assistant. Telford Hall Care Home

£12.28 per hour
16-20 hours per week
Shifts: 9am-5pm

As a Kitchen Assistant at our home, your role may involve:

Cleaning and maintaining cooking equipment such as pots, pans and food mixer etc
Washing dirty dishes such as cutlery, pots, chopping boards, pans or loading dishes into a dishwasher
Cleaning the kitchen at the end of the day to ensure it’s ready for the next day by sterilising the countertops, stove, oven, grills and sinks
Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation
Undertaking any necessary training

What are we looking for?

Experience in a similar role within a kitchen environment
Level 2 in food hygiene is desirable but not essential.
