We are looking for a caring, reliable and motivated Support Worker to join our supported living service. You will work as part of a team to help adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs live independently and achieve their goals.
What you’ll do
• Provide person-centred care and support tailored to each individual.
• Help with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and managing appointments.
• Support with personal care where required.
• Encourage independence, choice, and inclusion.
• Assist individuals to access community activities, education, or employment.
• Keep accurate records and follow care/support plans.
What we’re looking for
• Compassion, patience, and respect for others.
• Good communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Reliability and flexibility to meet the needs of the service.
• Experience in care or support work is helpful but not essential – full training will be given.
