Our client, a well-established and highly respected care organisation, is seeking a Domiciliary Care Manager to oversee their branch in Purley. About the Role:
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining the highest standards of care. You’ll lead a team of care professionals, support staff development, and drive performance to ensure the branch continues to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the domiciliary care branch
Lead, support, and develop a team of care staff
Ensure all care services are delivered in line with CQC requirements and company policies
Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders
Drive business growth and maintain high standards of client satisfaction
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in domiciliary care is essential
Ideally has experience managing a branch or care team
Holds or is working towards NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Strong background in elderly care
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Passionate about delivering exceptional care and service standards
Must have the right to work in the UK – sponsorship is not available
