What your role will involve:
• Providing compassionate, person-centred care
• Assisting with washing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Supporting individuals with challenging behaviours in a respectful, understanding way
• Building warm, positive relationships with those you support
• Helping clients feel safe, valued, and at home
• Encouraging and assisting with day-to-day tasks and activities
