What We’re Looking For
A caring, patient, and positive attitude
Commitment to delivering high-quality care
Willingness to work to high standards and follow a guaranteed hours rota
Experience in a home care or care home setting preferred
Ability to create and implement care plans effectively
Valid driver's license and work-related driving experience
Strong communication and basic IT skills for care documentation
