Personal Assistant/Support Worker required for young man (non-verbal) living in East Kilbride area to provide assistance with personal care and other daily tasks covering a 24-hour shift pattern to fit in with existing team.
Assistance to attend social activities and days out.
Sociable, easy going person required.
Driver essential and you will be required to drive manual mobility vehicle.
Experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
Epilepsy training is desirable although training will be given.
The most important qualities are a warm and friendly nature and a desire to work within a caring role.
Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Hours of Work (with a degree of flexibility)
Recruiting for one position
Guaranteed permanent position of 24 hours per week
Days and times:
Set shifts at set times
Friday 10.00 am – Saturday 10.00 am
Hourly rate:
£12.60 per hour
