Care Coordinator – Domiciliary Care Service – Up to £27,000 + Bonus



Our client, a well-established domiciliary care service is seeking a motivated and experienced Care Coordinator to join its dedicated team. This role offers the chance to take on meaningful responsibility in a supportive environment, coordinating high-quality home care for individuals who rely on compassionate, reliable support in their daily lives.

What We’re Looking For



  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a Care Coordinator role within domiciliary or home care

  • Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent)

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)

  • Strong leadership skills with experience supervising or leading a care team

  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities

  • A proactive, flexible approach with commitment to high-quality care

Key Responsibilities



  • Plan, organise, and coordinate care rotas to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Support and supervise care staff, promoting best practice and high standards of care

  • Act as the main point of contact for care workers, clients, and families

  • Manage scheduling changes and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency

  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies

  • Contribute to staff recruitment, training, and ongoing development
