Weekend Support Worker - Winchester
Location: Winchester, Hampshire
Hours: Weekends only - 07:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00
Support Ratio: 2:1
Salary:£13.86 -£14.50
Are you a compassionate and reliable individual looking to make a real difference in someone's life? We're seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team in providing high-quality care for a lovely lady living independently in her own bungalow in Winchester.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal care routines
- Administering medication safely and accurately
- Supporting with daily living tasks and promoting independence
- Creating a warm, respectful, and engaging environment
What We're Looking For
- 6 months experience in care or support work in the UK.
- Driver or able to get to the service via public transport.
- Right to work in the UK: Please note we do not offer Sponsorship.
- DBS in the Update Service for a quick start, but don't worry, if not, we will process you a new one!
- Reliability and flexibility for weekend shifts
