About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our dedicated team at Rodger Lane, a warm and welcoming supported living service in Wrenthorpe. You’ll be supporting 6 individuals with complex needs and nonverbal communication, helping them lead fulfilling, meaningful lives—every single day.

Your role will include:

✔ Encouraging fun and fulfilling activities—both at home and in the community
✔ Helping with cooking, cleaning, and maintaining a safe, happy home
✔ Joining in on holidays and day trips (yes, you get paid to go on adventures!)
✔ Keeping care plans and notes up to date with compassion and professionalism

Shifts You Can Expect

We offer flexible shifts on a rota, including:

Short shifts: 7am–3pm, 2pm–10pm, or 5pm–10pm

Long shifts: 7am–10pm
We’re a 24/7 service, supporting people 365 days a year—so no two days are ever the same.

Driver preferred – we use two house vehicles daily for outings and appointments.
Manual handling required – wheelchairs and hoisting are part of the role.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to be experienced—we’ll give you full training and support. What really matters is your attitude and commitment.

If you can say "yes" to at least 6 of these, you could be just who we need:
✨ Honest | Caring | Good Communicator | Reliable | Passionate
✨ Flexible | Inclusive | Self-Motivated | Strong Values
