Support Worker - Make Every Day Meaningful

Location: Southampton | Hours: Full-time | Shifts: Varied, including sleep-ins and alternate weekends

Full UK Drivers Licence is essential for this role, as you will be required to drive mobility vehicles

Are you ready to turn everyday moments into extraordinary memories? Join our vibrant team in Southampton, where you'll support six incredible individuals (1 male and 5 females) in their shared home. From sailing adventures to sizzling summer BBQs, this is a role where compassion meets celebration.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be helping the people we support live life to the fullest, including:

- Going out for lunch and shopping trips

- Cinema outings and virtual events

- Sailing and attending day services

- Celebrating birthdays, Easter, Halloween, and more

- Cooking, baking, picnics, and summer BBQs

- Enjoying musical events and community activities

- Daily Support Includes

- Personal care (bathing, toileting, PEG support)

- Household tasks and food shopping

- Attending health appointments

- Moving and handling (wheelchairs and hoists)

- Supporting individuals with epilepsy, limited communication, loss of sight, and learning disabilities

Shift Patterns

Shifts vary weekly and will be discussed at interview. Examples include:

7am - 3pm

2pm - 10pm

Alternate weekends and sleep-ins
