Qualified Social Worker – Learning Disability & Autism Team – £38 - Hybrid - Surrey

Are you a passionate and dedicated Social Worker with experience in Learning Disability, Autism and Transition? 3D Recruit is working with Surrey County Council to recruit a Qualified Social Worker to join their Learning Disability & Autism Team. This is an exciting opportunity to support adults in residential settings across Surrey, helping them achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake reviews of individuals with care packages in residential settings across Surrey.

Manage a caseload within the Learning Disability & Autism Team.

Provide assessments, support planning and interventions to ensure high-quality care outcomes.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support effective transitions and independent living.

Maintain accurate case records in line with policy and statutory requirements.

Essential Requirements:

Degree/Masters in Social Work and current SWE registration.

Previous experience in Learning Disability, Autism and Transition work.

Ability to travel across Surrey – a full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential.

Strong knowledge of adult social care legislation and practice.

Right to work in the UK.

Contract Details:

Initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension.

Full-time role based in Surrey.

Office base to be confirmed at interview (Guildford, Leatherhead, Woking or Reigate).
