Our client is looking for a kind and committed Healthcare Assistant to join their care team. The service is based in a modern, thoughtfully designed home where residents' wellbeing, dignity, and comfort are at the heart of everything they do.



Working as part of a dedicated care team, you will provide person-centred support to residents throughout both day and night shifts. You’ll be assisting with all aspects of daily living, ensuring each resident feels safe, valued, and supported.

What They're Looking For



  • Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, preferably with experience in residential, dementia or nursing care

  • A Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification (or working towards it) is preferred

  • A warm, caring, and respectful approach to support

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • A strong desire to make a real difference in people’s lives
