The Role:
You'll provide person-centred support to residents, create tailored support and safety plans, liaise with probation services, and ensure properties are clean, safe, and maintained. You'll also assist residents with housing benefit applications and rent responsibilities.
You'll Need:
Experience in social housing/support planning
Knowledge of welfare benefits & Universal Credit
A vehicle with business insurance
- Right to work in the UK
An Enhanced Adult DBS (or willingness to obtain)
Hours: 35 hours/week
Flexible shifts between 8am-10pm (Mon-Fri) and 9am-5pm (Sat) on a rolling rota.
