- Female Support Worker

- Full time or part time hours available

- Reedham, Norfolk, NR13

- Full UK manual driving licence with own car essential.

?At Dimensions, we're offering more than just a job, this is your opportunity to become a trusted part of three incredible women's lives in the heart of Reedham, where the support you provide empowers them to thrive.

These three ladies, aged between their 30s and 70s, live together in a peaceful, supported living bungalow. They communicate through gestures, sounds, and joyful smiles and they flourish in a calm, consistent environment.

What the Role Looks Like

You'll be supporting the ladies with their daily routines including full personal care, meal preparation, administering medication, and helping with household tasks and health appointments.

But the magic happens beyond the day-to-day. Every Tuesday, you'll accompany them to a private swimming pool. There are peaceful countryside walks, relaxed shopping trips, café visits, scenic drives with ice cream stops, and even the occasional bowling trip. Your ability to tune into their moods, notice small cues, and bring warmth and patience will mean everything.

Each lady has her own car, so a manual UK driving licence is essential. Due to the village's rural setting, you'll also need your own transport to get to and from work.

Shifts & Working Pattern

You'll work a two-week rolling rota that includes early shifts, late shifts, full days, and occasional waking nights. Weekend work is typically one day every other weekend, and we ask for flexibility to cover nights when needed.
