Your Role:
As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in enhancing the lives of the people we support. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing Personal Care – assisting with bathing, showering, shaving, oral care, and continence support.
Supporting Mobility Needs – assisting with transfers using appropriate equipment.
Promoting Independence – preparing daily meals and encouraging healthy lifestyle choices.
Medication Management – administering medication in line with company policies.
Safeguarding & Wellbeing – ensuring individuals are protected from abuse and neglect.
Who You’ll Be Supporting:
You will be working with adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, autism, and complex needs within our Supported Living & Domiciliary Care Services.
