About the Role:
You'll be supporting adults in their own Supported Living home in Portsmouth PO2, where 24/7 care is provided. Your role will be varied, meaningful, and deeply rewarding. You'll help with:
- Daily household tasks
- Cooking and meal preparation
- Budgeting and managing finances
- Medication support
- Personal care
- Supporting individuals with dementia and mental health needs
- Manual handling, including wheelchair and hoist support (where needed)
- Flexible Shifts That Work for You
We offer a range of shift patterns, including sleep-ins, split shifts, and daytime hours. We'll discuss what works best for you during the interview.
