We are seeking to appoint a Senior Care Worker to work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week approximately 15 hours across the three days and to cover up to 8 hours per day for absence; annual leave, sickness etc or when additional staff are required. This is negotiable for the right candidate and there will be the potential to increase contracted hours where these become available. Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification) is a minimum requirement for this position. Ideally the candidate will also have experience as a team leader in a similar care setting. This position does not involve any anti-social shift work.
