We are recruiting a highly motivated Support Worker for our Camden service who is willing to go the extra mile to support adults with profound learning disabilities to enjoy an active and fulfilling lifestyle. You will be patient, attentive and responsive to different individual needs and preferences.

You will be passionate about promoting active involvement and communication to ensure that ‘every day is a great day’. You will offer respect and unconditional positive regard for the people you support. Applicants must be reliable, flexible and professional with a good team and work ethic.

Previous experience within a Support Worker role is desirable but not an essential requirement; successful applicants will attend mandatory induction training courses to begin this role.

You must be willing to embrace all aspects of the role including providing support with personal care and domestic tasks, and supporting individuals to access work, education and social opportunities. We value the personal skills and interests you bring to the role of Support Worker and to the lives of the people we support such as, sports and outdoor pursuits, creative arts, music, and cooking to name but a few.

You will have the choice of either weekly or monthly pay.

You will be required to work in a flexible manner, on a roster basis, which will include evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
