Location: Chorley
Salary: 35 hourly weeks £23842 - £27428
Contract: Permanent – Full Time / Part Time
About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team in Chorley, supporting adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities.
You’ll play a vital role in helping people live independently, achieve personal goals, and enjoy fulfilling lives. No two days are the same – one day you could be supporting with personal care and daily living tasks, the next you might be out in the community, encouraging hobbies, or helping build new skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing person-centred care and support.
Promoting choice, dignity, and independence.
Assisting with personal care, medication, and meal preparation.
Supporting access to activities, education, and employment opportunities.
Building positive relationships with families and professionals.
Maintaining accurate records and following care plans.
What We’re Looking For
Previous care experience is welcome but not essential – full training provided.
A kind, patient, and empathetic nature.
Reliability and a strong team ethic.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Car drivers preferred but not essential.
